Take an hour to suspend in the frequencies of healing instruments such as the Chakra overtone Drum, Steep Harp, Crystal singing bowls, and so much more. Take this 1 hour to give yourself permission to be floating and free. Priscilla will guide participants with meditation and sound healing.

Come as you are, be as you wish.
Take time to connect in the community in a safe space. Build a cozy nest and allow yourself to lay back & receive as healing sounds wash over you.

Dress warm and cozy, Brink your favorite Blanky, and a pillow for your neck if needed.
Water bottle, Crystals, and whatever you would like to clear with vibration.
Intentions of what you wish to create. Journal if you would like to make notes about your journey afterward.
