These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you” or “user”) and Priscilla Jaeger, operating as Cilly LLC dba Cilly Wellness (“we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of our websites, including www.cillywellness.com and any other site we operate now or in the future (collectively, the “Site”), and all related products, services, digital courses, and content provided by us (the “Services”).
By accessing or using any part of our Site or Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.
1. USE OF SERVICES
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our Site or Services at any time.

2. COURSES AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS
When you purchase a course or product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, resell, or use our content in a way that violates copyright laws or these Terms.
While we often grant lifetime access to our courses, we reserve the right to revoke access at any time due to legal, policy, or business reasons. “Lifetime” refers to the life of the product, not your lifetime or ours.
3. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
You agree to pay all fees as outlined at the time of purchase. Payments may be made in full or through installment plans when available. You authorize us to charge your payment method accordingly.
Each course or program has its own refund policy stated on the specific sales or checkout page. If a refund is offered, it will be processed in accordance with that policy. To inquire about eligibility or request a refund, contact: cillywellness@gmail.com.
If a refund is granted, your access to the product or program will be revoked.
4. YOUR CONTENT
You may have opportunities to submit content (such as comments or testimonials). By submitting such content, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute it for business or promotional purposes.
You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it does not infringe on the rights of others or violate any law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pierce County, Washington.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
